Beautiful, Gulf-Front Home on Bean Point--Halcyon House

As seen in Coastal Living Magazine, this is a quintessential, beachfront home on desirable Bean Point with with direct access to Bean Point Beach. You will enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your two balconies. The house has a charming, cottage-style decor with an open floor plan. The living level has a full size, modern kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and a great room that opens up to a generous balcony for enjoying the breath-taking sunsets over the Gulf. Halcyon, which means calm, peaceful, and tranquil, is exactly how you will feel during your stay at my house.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are exterior security cameras that record both audio and video.

The view from this house can’t be beat! Being able to walk right out to the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed all of the beach amenities that were provided as well. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available to us! We even enjoyed the sand toys! Sitting on the back deck enjoying a cocktail at sunset was a 5 star experience!

Home was very clean and cool upon arrival. Just as pictured, stunning views of the beach and lovely sunsets on the patio. Host was an excellent communicator and facilitated a great stay. Only thing that detracted slightly was the beach access point directly next to the home. Not a big deal but definitely something to consider if you’re looking for total privacy.

Our family loved our stay in this sweet costal cottage! The home was so inviting, warm and comfortable! We had front row seats to the most AMAZING sunsets EVERY evening! The weather was not as warm and friendly as we had hoped but being right on the beach gave us every opportunity to grab some beach time whenever possible! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this coastal cottage to all beach lovers!!

We loved our entire stay and hope to stay again. House is very clean, well appointed, and perfectly situated. The manager is accommodating and responsive. Other reviewers discussed the downstairs twin beds - my teen daughter slept there and loved the room and space. It is nice for teens to be down there and have their own little suite.

This is a great house. All the charms of an older home well remodeled, solid wood doors, well insulated walls, so you don’t hear anything in the house when you are in your bed. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have amazing views. My 13 year old loved being on the bottom level with direct access to outside and his own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Lots of glasses. Could use some more plastic cups for beach. Bikes are great and lots of beach stuff in garage. Highly recommend. The only con is the house is on the public beach access. Was not an issue for me but some members of my family found that annoying on the busy days. It’s still very private even with walkers by.

Wonderful home in a perfect location

Was a perfect place for a large family. Adjacent to the beach with a 3-minute walk to the water. Less than 15 minutes to Bean point. The property was clean and spacious with a nice “beachy” vibe. Appliances were new and easy to use, with lots of beach accessories available for use that were stored in the garage. We are already looking at coming back next year.

Family Time in Paradise!

The Halcyon home is gorgeous…and the views from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are breathtaking. Anna Marie Island is such a quaint beach town that we visit each year. Staying at Kelly’s home made this year’s trip so memorable. She pays attention to detail in her decor, the beds are comfy, and she provides bikes, beach umbrellas, and lots of other amenities! Kelly is gracious and friendly and communicates quickly. We loved our stay! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Excellent getaway!

This was our first trip to AMI. We had such a lovely vacation and the best part was staying at this beautiful property. Kelly, the homeowner, is incredibly nice, responsive and accommodating! The property was clean, beautiful and exactly as the pictures and descriptions online depict. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beach! Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay! The home was just perfect, the location easy walking distance to shops, restaurants...So comfortable - the beds, the porch, the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. The Host was easily accessible and super helpful. Our flight was delayed and arriving very late. She went to house to leave an outside light on for us. So appreciated! We look forward to returning!
