Brand New Stone Built Villa With Pool and open views

Sleeps 9. 4 bedroom villa with village architecture. With private swimming pool and nice mountain and sea views. Located in Anoyira village near Pissouri bay and Avdimou beach.

The property is consisted of 4 bedrooms, one them is located on the ground floor by the pool for easy access. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is also a jacuzzi in the villa.

Anoyira (or Anogyra) is one of the only eight heritage villages in Cyprus.

Beautiful big house, plenty of space, up in the mountains in a calm village but still with seaview

We were two families, 3 kids, 4 adults, and had plenty of space in this beautiful house. The house is located outside of a small village up in the mountains, some 15-20min drive from the coast. Due to its location in the mountains, there is still a distant seaview - at least, when the weather is clear. The big pool was a little bit too cold fur the adults, but the kids liked it (late October). There was a big table on the terrasse, which we used for breakfast, dinner, barbecue and evening beer :-). The nights were very quiet, no traffic or neighbour noise, except for the cock nearby, who woke up at 3am every day... 2 bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom each, the two other bedrooms share one bathroom and there is a separate toilet at the ground floor. The living room/eating room area is huge, enough space for kids and parents to separately spend the evening hours indoors. The kitchen was well equipped, nothing specific was missing (bring your adapters for UK power plugs!). The owners were very friendly and responsive! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the house.

Beuatiful snd convenient villa

We have stayed as a family in this special place. The house is located in a beautiful setting, fully equiped and convenient drive from the highway. The owners very nice - greated us with a welcome pack since we have arrived late, and took care of all our requirements. Highly recommended!
