满意：清洁度
The resort was great in some areas but fell short in others. The beach was wonderful, with plenty of chairs available for guests, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting. However, on three out of the five days of our stay, we had to wait 20–30 minutes just to receive beach towels, which was frustrating and unexpected for a resort of this level. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The hair dryer and scale in our room did not work, and the amenity kit was incomplete and missing several items. We were also supposed to receive two bottles of water daily, but they were not consistently provided. I had to call multiple times before we finally received them. The hotel is in a great location and has a lot of potential to be an excellent resort. The beach and overall setting are definite highlights, but the lack of attention to basic amenities and service details caused the experience to fall short of our expectations. With better consistency and attention to guest needs, this could truly be a great property.

Charterhotel version-2

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. I stayed on a half-board basis and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations at all. The food was bland, lacking flavor, and overall not enjoyable. The selection was very limited with very little variety, which made every meal feel repetitive and uninspiring. In my opinion, the hotel definitely needs to make significant improvements in its kitchen and dining services. The quality of the food does not match what you would expect for this type of accommodation. Overall, my experience was below expectations and I left feeling dissatisfied with the value provided. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the taste and variety of the meals, as this is a very important part of the guest experience.
