We received a very warm welcome to the resort, and our flight was delayed. We were told to go and enjoy dinner and finish the last part of the checkin once we had eaten. We really appreciated this gesture.
As your aware, COVID is a clear concern and whilst the pandemic is genuinely worrying, we felt safe and secure by the measures that were introduced and the fact that sanitisers were located at key areas.
The catering team (Nino in particular) and pool bar staff were friendly and always delivered with a smile. They were very efficient and attentive. The housekeeping team were also efficient, and cleaned our room to a great standard, we had no concerns regarding their work.
The General Manager - Alan was very approachable, friendly and seemed to really care about his customers. We were really impressed with his approach.
