The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.

The restaurants on the property are the best kept places! The staff gave a lot of incorrect information, the supervisor Omega is extremely rude and nasty…don’t know how to speak to people respectfully! Kayshia was extremely polite, helpful, apologetic and truly goes above and beyond…all the staff with the exception of 1 was very friendly. Housekeeping was supposed to clean my room daily, it was never cleaned in 5 days! I was supposed to have 2 butlers, I had one part time butler…when Kayshia was off no one ever checked on us! The property is being renovated, it’s extremely raggedy bedroom has a mildew smell…they know the property needs a lot of work! If they’re going to continue to book stays while under construction they need to drastically reduce the price, until the renovated rooms are available…The rooms they are currently renting is disappointing for the amount of money they’ve charging. The only liquor on the “minibar” which they claim get stocked daily was 4 beers and a bottle of wine/champagne! Every restaurant that we went to was out of menu items on a daily basis, the sunset cruise weren’t available the weekend, the chef experience wasn’t available the weekend…The alleged room/resort credit is bogus!!! This place is a ripoff, it’s very misleading and when I reached out before arrival I was blatantly lied to!
