The hotel is very traditional and is a bit unkempt, it needs a bit of TLC, but overall the position is perfect, its clean and the staff are very nice.

Average property friendly staff good location

Location was amazing and centrally located with croissants in the morning and a central water cooler which was excellent to refill our water bottles during the heat wave in Nice. Rooms don’t get cleaned unless you ask and we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell, but this seems quite common in France.. Staff were extremely helpful ahead and during our stay via Whatsapp when we were inquiring about transfer services and any issues we had during our stay. Keep in mind there’s usually nobody at the desk unless someone is checking in. Overall, would absolutely recommend this hotel and room was better than we expected for 3 person stay with 3 big checked luggage.

The room is smaller than a closet. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It would be compared to a Motel 6 back home. The bed was harder rhan rocks, the AC also did not work properly in the room and if you have more than 1 suitcase you can forget about opening them. Not happy with the stay at all, plenty of nicer boutique hotels and properties right around the corner. I would avoid staying here at all costs.
