We were a family of 7 (booked 2 separate rooms) and we loved our stay! Everything about it - the front desk staff, the room itself, housekeeping, closeness to train station, shopping, etc. - was amazing! Unfortunately our flight got cancelled/delayed 2 days due to Typhoon Jangmi, but the staff were able to help accommodate us for those 2 extra nights, which was really nice. Check in was quick and friendly with water and juice available. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Our teen and tween stayed comfortably in the bunk beds. Laundry detergent was available by the check in desk free of charge and the washer dryer in the room worked really well, way better than any I’ve seen before in Japan. "I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."
