"This hotel had good reviews but the truth is, good service depends on what people are used to, but this was not good service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; I had to move the bed side table to find a plug (that was broken) and I found dirt and an old business card under it. "The property needs to add an additional food choice. I went to lobby restaurant two times and both times the restaurant was unable to accomodate my food selection. Also, restaurant selection near the hotel is very poor. There is nothing good close to the hotel. My hotel room floor was filthy when I first walked into the room. I had to clear the entire floor myself with a towel. There was so much hair on the floor from previous guests. Also, my room was originally on the 18th floor, but I had to move to the 7th floor. there was construction noise happening above the 18th floor that was unacceptable. The construction was continuing past 8pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE. All the staff at the hotel was very professional. I do not know if I will stay here again. "
