Extremely disappointing stay — not what I expected from Meliá I stayed at Brasil 21 Suites by Meliá for 14 days and had to change rooms THREE different times. Two of the rooms were completely different from what I had reserved and were unacceptable for an extended stay. One room was extremely noisy, another had visible mold/staining on the walls, and the rooms generally felt outdated and poorly maintained. The TVs were outdated, walls were dirty and clearly needed a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioning did not work properly in one of the rooms. There were also maintenance and bathroom issues that should not be happening at a hotel of this level. What made this even worse was the attitude of much of the staff. Service was inconsistent, and several interactions felt rude and dismissive. There was very little sense that anyone genuinely cared about resolving the problems or making the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, these issues don’t appear to be isolated. Recent guest reviews also mention mold/stale smells, outdated rooms, maintenance and drainage problems, inconsistent housekeeping and poor follow-up when issues are reported. Having to repeatedly pack and move rooms during a 14-day stay is simply unacceptable. This is a Meliá property, and we expected much more. The brand creates an expectation of quality, cleanliness, maintenance and professional service that this hotel simply did not deliver. I would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jade Hotel in Brasília! Everything was extremely clean, from the room to the common areas, and our room was very comfortable. The location was great, the food was delicious, and the included breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. It was my husband’s first time visiting Brazil, and he was received with such warmth and hospitality, which made the experience even more memorable for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
