"Our 2nd stay here & as we had been impressed before we booked again for this stay. Lovely & efficient welcome on arrival, bags promptly brought to our room which was kept spotless with daily cleaning. Bottle of Prosecco in our room to welcome us which we appreciated. Unfortunately Breakfast had not improved, when you are a new Guest you should be shown to a table & the process explained, we saw many people unsure who waited but were not approached by staff, hot food had been left to get cold so...

"This hotel is a delightful find. It is quiet but in a great area with cafes, restaurants just around the corner. The hotel is spotless and well maintained, The rooftop area is lovely, looking out across the rooftops we just took a moment to take it all in. Access is free during the day but has a charge in the evening for when the restaurant and bar is open.
