You can have comfort and affordability on 2 acres. The back of the property has a garage that is still currently used by a power wash company to park 2 vehicles, they leave in the morning and return in the evening, that is why such a great price. You can park an RV or trailer, plenty of space. Also we have a fenced in big backyard. 2 miles from Beaver Creek, 4 miles from downtown Apex. The rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and adequately set up for guests. The kitchen is roomy though it lacks a dish washer. A laundry room adjoins the kitchen. It is pet friendly without an additional fee which is hard to find. Overall, it is a very good value compared to other offerings in the area. ##### Palmer T. Property is at end of street with big front and fenced back yards with motion detected lighting, plus covered patio, gas grille and fire pit (a little firewood was also included) CONS: Lawns needed to be mowed. Patio covered with thick dirt (had to wash clean) Inside fireplace had burnt ashes and house was a little smelly. Faucets in shower/tub difficult to adjust and cannot change from shower to tub Flush handle on toilet sticks down in flush position Even with the above, the Pros outweighs the Cons and we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider the property for a future stay! ##### Robert B. This house was so convenient to get to the 2 lakes. It had an outlet close enough to charge the boat every night. The garage was big enough to store the boat so it was not in it he rain.
