We’re committed to making Ayubo as environmentally friendly as possible. The property uses renewable energy and is currently around 75% self-sufficient, helping to reduce its environmental footprint while allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay

The home has two balconies, both have great views and seating arrangements. One is a private balcony to Master bedroom and the other one has access from main lounge.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.



All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
