“Wonderful stay in Apollonas.
Stamatis, the owner was very helpful and kindly upgraded our room as the hotel was still quiet - the first week of May.
Sadly we were unable to try the best moussaka in the EU as the restaurant hadn’t opened early in the season.
The standard of cleanliness was exceptional and the room had clearly been renovated over the winter.
The only things that were not 10/10 were -
1. WiFi signal was weak or occasionally dropped out in the room but full outside on the……
“New Villa style hotel. Very clean and modern.
Staff, Elizabeth was welcoming and provided recommendations and directions to different beaches and restaurants and car rental. It was a good 20 minute walk to the beach and town of Agios Prokopios beach on the side of a narrow road. However, there is a bus stop close by.
Breakfast buffet in their other property was wonderful with traditional Greek cakes and pita.
You can also choose box breakfast to your room which seemed nice also. The hotel……
“Loved everything about this hotel. Very comfortable bed, quality pillows, strong wifi, great location. I also liked that there were many different lighting options within the room. Nice little patio shaded from the sun and wind. Friendly host too! Would definitely stay here again :)”
“I would highly recommend!
The room was excellent and peaceful within walking distance of the port and surrounding neighborhoods.
Best of all the hosts were so lovely, kind and helpful.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. Until next time!”
“Archetypo is a great budget friendly option. Very quaint, with a lovely host, Mina. We were offered room service breakfast every day and free shuttle service from and to the airport. Not really in an easily walkable distance to most of the restaurants and shops. Mina gave very helpful recommendations of restaurants and things to do.”
“Great place to stay and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and the bus stop. Owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the free breakfast!”
“This property was ideal for 5 people. It was new, modern and extremely clean! A leisurely 15 min walk to the waterfront center of town (port). I would highly recommend!”
“Fina lägenheter och en fantastisk pool med sköna solbäddar och mysigt poolhus/frukostområde. Stora härliga gräsytor. Ägaren är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Lite långt från service som matbutik och restauranger. Buss går utanför men verkar inte alltid stanna där så den är lite opålitlig så bil rekommenderas.”
“The place is neat and Diana was very helpful as a host. The location is not "downtown" or by the port where most of the food and activity options are though, and the view is mostly overlooking construction.”
