"My stay was amazing as always. That's why keep coming back. Unfortunately, when I was living a minor mistake done at the time to assign my car to the room became a hassle. The car parking agent at the door kept on arguing with with me that my car was not there and it did not match my room number. I tried to help giving him details of what was in the car. Fernando the checking manager at the time was coming out and supported me, nice of him. It is sad to mention that somebody just before me asked for the car keys without any room number and he just gave. Please be attentive to people serving your audience.
