"The property was nice; however, it seemed that construction was not yet completed in the surrounding area and even in the shower. The design, concept, and location are great. The staff were helpful. Laundry service is available, around 500 TRY just for washing. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially with the view. The bed in the room was a bit noisy whenever you moved. Overall, it was an alright stay for one night."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. I have booked it for my father and his stay was a bliss. Friendly stuff, immediate attendance to all your additional needs, cleanness to another level. Very close proximity to the city centre and the location itself is phenomenal, looking towards a stunning valley. Trabzon is a beautiful city and the Zağnospaşa Trabzon took its beauty to another level, highly recommend!"
