“While the host was responsive, he was unwilling to discuss options when I asked about changing the weekend due to the winter storm that was set to hit the entire state the weekend of our stay. He tried to say that south Texas never gets freezing weather and when I explained that the larger concern would be getting home, he dismissed that in contradiction to the National Weather Service. “Even with low rates you would expect cleanses . The exterior was presentable We were going to stay a few hours to rest before a fishing trip . Checking in we were assigned a room and it was horrible roaches around we killed a few for them and walked out . Very unsanitary I wouldn’t recommend. Staff asked about relocating but I denied . We were better off leaving . I told staff we’re better sleeping in our vehicle . Non refundable of course please use that for at least DIY pest control ”
