"Absolutely OUTSTANDING, for several reasons: the cleanest rooms, with the most comfortable beds and pillows & linens I have ever experienced in a hotel. Everything in the room felt clean, healthy, inviting and calming / soothing. The colours & designs, as well as the products, were a delight. Secondly, the hotel staff were beyond exceptional. Tyler, at the front desk, created quite possibly the best check-in experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I even knew this was a significant component of a hotel stay until my interaction with him. He was kind, helpful, warm & friendly yet utterly professional and efficient but not rushed, and ultimately made us feel like there was no one else in the universe in that moment (and at every interaction after that). Absolutely brilliant. The perfect person for the job. Every single team member we interacted with, from the desk, to the bar staff, to the wait staff in the restaurant, to the pool & gym team members AND all the wonderful ancillary staff… everyone was absolutely fabulous. The hotel itself was like a fresh and calm oasis, and all the people who work there made it just… perfect. Thank you so much. We will be back. "

"Very enjoyable stay at the Jephson. First time have stayed there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Booked a Deluxe room - very spacious, very tidy, and well presented. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom space was generous, as was the shower. Balcony was great - sizeable area that you could sit, have a drink/eat and enjoy the surrounds. Location is great - short walk (5mins) to major shops, as well as good dining options. Also short walk to public transport (bus & train 5 mins, ferry/city cat 10 mins). Would definitely stay again."

"Friendly staff, seamless check-in, clean and comfortable room, with all the necessary inclusions for an apartment stay. The stairs weren't a problem for us, but if as an intended guest you need to be on a lower floor, don't forget to request a room without too many stairs!"
