“Hotel confortável, com excelente café da manhã e atendimento. A piscina estava fechada para manutenção e isso não foi mencionado no ato da reserva... ficamos desapontados. Mas sugeriram que usássemos a piscina do Hyatt. O hotel é bem mau localizado, em uma área feia e perigosa. Não dá para sair a pé para passear. ”

“The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ……

“Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience.”

“I stayed here for one week and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Every staff member I interacted with—reception, chambermaids, and even the parking entrance team—was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The location made everything easy. There was quick access to all amenities, and I always felt very safe walking around the area or taking Uber rides across town. Getting to the airport was simple as well,……
