Appartement lumineux, avec une vue magnifique et non loin Ă  pied du centre ville (15 min). Un effort doit ĂȘtre fait en termes d’appareils et Ă©quipements mĂ©nagers qui sont vĂ©tustes ou mal entretenus (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, four Ă  micro ondes, grille pain) ; des efforts quant au mĂ©nage dans la cuisine sont Ă©galement Ă  apporter (vaisselle sale, cafetiĂšre Ă©galement, couverts cassĂ©s). Par contre, tous les produits d’entretien Ă©taient disponibles. Un plus Ă  apporter, mettre Ă  disposition un four, un vrai. Un Ă©quipement Ă©tait disponible dans la buanderie mais oĂč le brancher (multiprise oĂč sont branchĂ©s frigo, micro ondes, cafetiĂšre, bouilloire
non conforme
). Sinon literie trĂšs confortable, deux salles de bain apprĂ©ciable, environnement calme). Autre point Ă  porter Ă  la connaissance des locataires, le parking au sous sol est trĂšs Ă©troit pour le passage d’un vĂ©hicule un peu volumineux et surtout, impossible d’y faire passer un coffre de toit en hauteur. Nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s bloquĂ©s en pleine descente dans le tournant Ă  1h du matin. Il faut impĂ©rativement prĂ©venir auparavant les locataires ou indiquer Ă  l’entrĂ©e du parking la hauteur maximale.

Tolles Appartment in super Lage. Sehr enge Tiefgarage, fĂŒr niedrige oder grosse Autos nicht geeignet.Leider bekommt man nur ein SchlĂŒsselpaar, sehr schlecht, wenn man mit mehreren Personen verreist.KĂŒchenausstattung gut, Besteck ist schlecht, da wĂ€re eine Neuanschaffung sinnvoll.

SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr Tiefgarage funktionierte nicht, musste ein 2. Mal das BĂŒro vor Ort aufsuchen! ParkplĂ€tze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng und schlecht zu erreichen. Die Wohung war nicht abgeschlossen, als wir diese ĂŒbernahmen. Da bemerkten wir erst, dass das Schloss kaputt war und nur mittels eines Tricks ĂŒberhaupt geschlossen werden konnte. Uns wurde auf Grund unserer RĂŒckmeldung eine Reparatur wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts versprochen, was allerdings nie eintraf. Haus liegt an stark befahrener Stra

Une vue superbe, un appartement spacieux, propre, bien equipé, avec le WiFi et une nouvelle literie, deux places de parking mis à disposition en sous sol et un emplacement idéal pour profiter du séjour ! Nous recommandons ce logement ! C'était super ! appartement trÚs bien équipé (machine à laver le linge, seche-linge, lave-vaisselle), spacieux, magnifique vue sur le port de plaisance et le bassin d'arcachon. les photos de l'appart sont vraiment fidĂšles. Une bow window immense avec vue sur port imprenable, 2 places de parking souterrain trĂšs pratiques. Le n° Ă  joindre en cas d'urgence vraiment trĂšs rĂ©actif quelle que soit lheure. et super aimable Les petits moins : rue passante au pied de l'immeuble peut etre un peu gĂȘnante l'Ă©tĂ©... Les parfums d'ambiance chimiques style "pĂȘche vanille" disposĂ©s dans l'entrĂ©e sont une trĂšs mauvaise idĂ©e (odeur trĂšs lourde et agressive) Ă  banir !! Absence totale de signalĂ©tique dans le parking et poubelles : on se retrouve dans le noir, aucune inscription sur les multiples portes et les sas...!! on cherche lascenseur... prblm de sĂ©curitĂ© en cas d'Ă©vacuation. : on cherche l'escalier et la sortie...

Appartement conforme Ă  l'annonce. La vue sur le port est trĂšs agrĂ©able. En revanche, malgrĂ© du double vitrage, les bruits provenant de l'avenue en contrebas sont trĂšs prĂ©sents dans l'appartement. TrĂšs bonne connexion internet (heureusement que nous Ă©tions dĂ©brouillards car le code wifi ne nous a jamais Ă©tĂ© transmis). Enfin, sachez que pour 8€ par jeu de draps/pers., ce sera Ă  vous de faire votre lit Ă  votre arrivĂ©e... mesquin... et surtout non prĂ©cisĂ©... autant apporter ses propres draps!
