“We paid for this on Expedia then were charged a breakages deposit at check in on top of what we had paid already. This hasn’t been refunded despite attempts to contact the hotel directly and through Expedia. Reception staff were rude also. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed but our hob was cracked and other damage noted which we took photos of in case deposit was withheld.”
