“The rooms were clean but the general property was not. The exit staircase was significantly unkept. The hotel is a work in progress.”

“The gym had two pieces of equipment in a dark small room. Garbage on the floor of the gym (and in the garbage can too) was there Friday at check in and still there Sunday when we left. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. There was a lot of unforeseen rain and the entire lobby was like a water feature. Trying to grab a stale bagel at the “breakfast” (questionable expiry on some of the food) and my pants were soaked from the water POURING from the ceiling and into the flickering light……

“My experience at this Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about safety, accessibility, and basic customer service. I sprained my ankle in the hotel’s unsanded, unsalted parking lot and spent seven hours in the emergency room. When I returned at 1 a.m. on crutches, the situation became even worse: the building is not wheelchair accessible, and I had been assigned a second‑floor room with no elevator. “This hotel is not maintained for cleanliness. The lobby was not being mopped and always looked wet and sandy. There were Oreos and cherrios in the hand sanitizer in the elevator that stayed there for the duration of our stay. The toilet almost made me throw up. It was stained orangish brown by where the screws hold the lid. Our first room had a window open and the crank wouldn’t close it so we had to move. Our second room the lock on the bathroom didn’t close. We left a day early needless……
