Guardo amplo, mas precisa de manutenção. Assim como várias partes do hotel. Só havia 1 elevador funcionando. Equipes incansáveis de limpeza, organizacao e atendimento. Refeições variadas e fartas. Além de muita qualidade. Atendendo a diversos públicos. Piscinas diversas. Excelente opção para família.

The location is great, very close to the ocean, and the place is family-friendly. The staff are attentive and genuinely try to help, although most of them speak very little English, which can make anything beyond a simple request quite difficult. Check-in can also be slow and may easily take around 30 minutes. The rooms are basic. The essential equipment is just about acceptable, while some of the non-essential furnishings and facilities are in pretty poor condition. I wouldn't expect a Western-style hotel experience here. That said, if you adjust your expectations and think of it more as a clean, simple hostel-level stay, it can actually be quite enjoyable. The place is generally clean, the location is good, and the staff do their best. Overall, I left with very mixed feelings.
