“My flight was delayed for 2 hours and I sent a message to the hotel on the way from airport. The staff was waiting at the gate and direct taxi to the front door. The check in was smooth and the staff member carried my luggage to the room as the hotel didn't have a lift. The room was specious, clean and quiet.”

“Easily the nicest and most helpful place I’ve stayed at in Yerevan. The staff were especially helpful with my getting luggage over from my previous accommodations and they work to make the stay as smooth as possible to match with Yerevan’s weird flight schedules (all flights in the middle of the night). Room was clean and quiet. Did not take advantage of breakfast but they will do breakfast boxes for guests who have to leave in the late evening to catch their flight.”

“This hotel was lovely. We chose it because it was just outside the centre of Yerevan, but easily walkable in 30 minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was great, but not what we expected. It was a mixture of continental and salad/dinner options. However, it was delicious. It doesn't have a pool, but does have indoor baths that you can book out. Not quite a Spa hotel in UK terms, but very nice.”
