“We booked the room for three guests, but the amenities were only prepared for two—things like bathrobes were missing for the third person, which felt like a slight oversight in attention to detail. That said, the overall experience was still wonderful. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing, with a level of quality and service that made us feel truly looked after—almost like royalty. With just a bit more care in the room setup, this would have been a flawless stay.”
