THE PROS: Decent water temp and pressure.
Parking feels safe and is decently lit. It's a small town so crime seems less likely.
The DirectTV channel options were great.
New refrigerator in my room.
THE CONS: Door security chain is installed incorrectly/vertically and can be undone by hand from the outside of the room. There is no deadbolt either.
Half the lights in the room did not function. The bathroom light and fan switches suddenly stopped working during my stay. I took a shower with the flashlight from my cell phone.
There was literal trash/food bags from other guests squirreled away in the room.
The couch in the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Grease/dirt stained and cigarette burned beyond saving.
During my entire stay, there was a constant "BEEP BEEP BEEP" at 3 second intervals from door locks downstairs that could be heard even with earplugs in.
The drawers in the nightstands and dresser were full of wet food spills and ashes.
No breakfast on weekdays, or at least that's what I was told the last time I stayed here. I did not attempt to get breakfast on this visit.
It's also just noisy due to being an older building. Can hear other guests moving around, and I'm sure they could hear me.
Absolutely miserable nights sleep each time I've stayed here. It's the only hotel/motel in town, so there's really no other option around. I can slum it for work trips, but I would be mortified if I had to stay here with my family.
Only place in town to stay. A lot of workers and seem like some people were living there also. Breakfast coffee juice and sweet rolls. No places around to eat. Nice Marina and the Columbia River way nice to see.
We were on vacation we were exhausted from traveling.
This place was dirty sheets we were pretty sure were not clean one bed had long back hair in it, I was in bed less than 5 min and had a bug on my face, tv would not work with remotes had to manually turn it on.
Toilet ran all night. Had 2 towels.
During our trip from Washington to Phoenix and back we stayed in several hotels never have we seen such a place.
Best part of this hotel with the local pizza place.
I can not believe Travelocity would put their name on this place.

It is an old place where things do not always work very well. The breakfast was not great
Toilet was loose and wobbled floor is under toilet was sunk like water damage is cured and not properly fixed. Door handle was functional but difficult to open. Lobby was not great. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6 and nothing was prepared.

Great for out of town worker
My husband is working near by. This hotel is convenient for hus commute. The management is very friendly. This is not a deluxe hotel. Simple rooms. Beds ok. Bring your own pillow. Nice size fridge with a freezer compartment. Microwave. There are a lot of drawers for storage. Bring your own hangers. Overall this place works well for our needs. Grocery store 1/2 a block away. Nice park across the street. Pizza/burger joint across the street.
When we first got there the tv was on. We then realized a hole in the blanket. We moved the bed and under was a bunch of dust AND a used cigarette and a clump of hair. We tried to turn the light on, but one of the lights went out.
Alright so we got there last night and it had a broken door handle with no lock, wet towels, dirty sheets, horrible smell, disgusting bathroom with stuff all over the walls, they were wierd when we arrived like they didn't expect us then gave us an unmarked key and said go check and see if we want the room like we were supposed to let them know if we wanted it cleaned first or what. So we left and got a different hotel, we were there for maybe half an hour.

Arlington is a tiny town, but the motel is right in the middle of what there is- a beautiful marina, a restaurant with delicious food & good drinks, a gas station & convenience store, & the only coffee shop in town.
The motel is old, but clean, and the a/c is cold. There are microwaves, fridges & coffee pots.
Unfortunately, for all the great points- the beds are truly, extremely, uncomfortable. The pillows are small and flat. Made for a rough night of sleep for everyone.
We didn’t get the room we reserved. We reserved a deluxe King bed room that had a separate bedroom. Instead we got a room with two small beds, maybe doubles, that are all in one room together. The tv input cable was broken off when we arrived and the tv has no signal. The fridge and microwave both still have food smeared inside of them. There were holes in the walls, half finished electrical conduits, the air conditioner worked, but was half hanging off the wall. The place is a dump, smelled like smoke and the staff was very abrupt.
It was a place to sleep, wasn’t anything too fancy. The room could have been more clean, the windowsill had lots of dead bugs on it. Room had a old dusty smell to it
