Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood
Both elevators broken the entire week, guests walking up and down 6 flights of stairs day after day. Only compensation was a note in the elevators saying they will give you a free bottle of water. Pool out of order. Hotel is run down, no coffee. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Charlotte - Arrowood
Everything was nice and clean. The bed wasn’t the best as far as comfort and definitely could’ve used more pillows. The service was very friendly and welcoming. We would stay again!
