Vacation Home “Susy House” close to the Beach with Sea View and Garden

The newly renovated vacation home “Susy House” is situated in Baja Sardinia, a seaside resort in the northeast of the island, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in a scenic landscape and by the beach. The 55 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The outdoor area boasts a private open and covered terrace, where you can start the day with breakfast and wonderful views all the way down to the sea. The extensive garden area is shared with 2 other vacation homes on the property. The nearest beach, Porto Sole, is only 100 m or a 2-minute walk away, where you will find sunbeds, parasols and a beach bar. There you can swim in the glistening blue water of the bay and rent a rubber dinghy to enjoy the fantastic scenery along the coast. From the property, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy within a 10-minute walk (800 m), and a night club is 950 m or a 13-minute walk away. The centre of Baja Sardinia is 500 m from the vacation home, where you will find many more shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as beaches. Porto Cervo is a 10-minute drive (6 km) from the property, and many other beautiful bays and a golf club can be reached within 20-30 minutes by car (12-18 km). The charming city of Olbia and the international airport can both be reached within a 40-minute drive (35-40 km) from Baja Sardinia.

Perfect holidays!
Convenient Guesthouse, perfect situation in the Baja Sardinia region, 300m above a nice beach (public&private) with bar, restaurants and all amenities in close distance. The house is modern and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, a terrace with Seaview, air conditioning and comfortable beds. Marie Adele and Gian Franco welcomed us as friends, being there for tips on restaurants and tours, supporting in case of issues, and even for aperos. Strongly recommended! Cheers, Martin
