“This is the second time we've stayed at the Mason Freehouse, it was lovely the first time we stayed, which made us keen to return. Although it is now under new management, it's clear that the lovely, friendly, warm welcoming atmosphere is something the staff are keen to retain. “We loved the white Hart Inn, it was our Golden wedding anniversary and everyone was so welcoming and we felt very spoilt. Nothing was too much trouble and the food is amazing as are the portions.

“Really enjoyed our stay, don’t understand some of the negative reviews. It’s a lovely traditional pub, the food was very nice and the rooms were clean and felt recently redone. The only issue we had was the WiFi wasn’t great working on the telly, so the second night we struggled to stream anything. A WiFi booster / extender might solve this issue?
Highly recommend visiting the falls behind the pub (they are separate to the inn and you have to pay a small fee). Also Hawes is a lovely 30 minute...

“Fantastic place ! We stayed in the Parisian room and it was absolutely stunning. Loved the little touches, electric blinds , TV in the bathroom,espresso machine etc .. also right in the middle of KL , all different type of restaurants. Breakfast at the Royal was very nice too !
