Welcome to our beautiful and well-equipped home in Ashton-under-Lyne. With plenty of space, modern amenities, and excellent transport links, it’s the ideal base for both work and leisure stays.

- 4 bedrooms: 2 double bed ( 1 of them can be converted into 2 singles), 3 single beds (can be converted into a king),
- 2 bathrooms, with overhead shower and walk-in shower

- Pets may be allowed with prior approval (fees apply)

House Rules
- A refundable security/behaviour deposit of £275 is required (returned in full within 5 working days of departure, subject to inspection).
- Parties are strictly forbidden
- Minimum age requirement is 25+ unless a family booking (must include parent/siblings) or for verified business/contractor stays
- Check-in from 4pm | Check-out by 10am
- Smoking is not allowed
- The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number notified and paid for
- No loud music after 10:30pm
