Private parking. Enclosed 400 m² garden with a terrace. Garage for bicycles/motorcycles. Single-story layout: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: double bed 140x190 cm, 3: two single beds 90x190 cm), shower room/WC, and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, second fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and tumble dryer. Included: electricity, geothermal heating, and bed linen. Not included: towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business travelers (€65). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
