"The restaurant was wonderful, the buffet was extremely varied and delicious, and all the wait staff were excellent. In particular, I was dreaming about the buffet breakfast well after I returned home!"

"The staff for the most part was nice, the property is clean but there are cats everywhere, not everyone likes cats. Also there was little ants all over my room( though I never brought it to their attention). The whole ground in the resort is VERY SLIPPERY when it rains, I hope someone does not crack their head someday. The food in general needs an upgrade. The food in Alonzonia is bit better. They need to have nightly events to keep guest entertained. "

You will not be disappointed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, an amazing selection at breakfast and dinner. Wish we stayed longer to try more of the food available. Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. Thank you so much to everyone at Casa Cook for being a part of making our beautiful holiday memories x"

"Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. "
