By far the most disappointing hotel stay of our Ireland trip. Room was visibly worn and poorly maintained. Multiple visible stains on bedding, bed area and upholstered furniture (see photos). Contrast-enhanced versions of some photos uploaded because several stains were less visible on camera than in person. After we complained,……

The location was convenient, with easy access to the city and surrounding attractions. Check-in was simple, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere after busy days of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Galway Suites to anyone visiting the area!”

“The hotel was beautiful and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was much appreciated as we had very hot temperatures on one of the days. Our room was a good size for our family of 4. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was included with our room and it was a table order breakfast rather than buffet. Great selection and delicious, with fast service.”

“One of the cleanest hostels I’ve stayed at across Europe and the most convenient location right next to the bus depot - makes it a breeze to drop your stuff off after the bus trip from Dublin Airport and explore the town. Staff is super friendly (just like the locals) and very helpful.”

“This could not be in a better location. A couple minutes walk to the train station or bus station, several cafes and restaurants walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the tourist area (Spanish arch, Galway Bay, Latin quarter) it was extremely safe as we had to use our key card four times to get into our room which we appreciated. It was extremely quiet as we were on the back side. There was a shared kitchen which was great for the fridge. Our room had plenty of storage with two closets and full……
