It features an outdoor patio with a private pool, comfortable sun loungers and bean bags, and barbecue facilities. The breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea can be admired from both the exterior and interior spaces, making it an ideal retreat for families, groups of friends, or remote holidays. Nearby, you'll find taverns, beach bars, and a mini-market. On the first floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (king-size bed), and a WC. The second floor has two bedrooms (each with a king-size bed) and one bathroom. The ground floor includes a room with a living area, a washer/dryer, and a freezer, as well as a closed garage.
