The location of this place is 10/10, no other hotel beats it. The staff is always aware of who comes in and that made me feel very safe all the time. The cleaning lady was incredibly nice and she wont touch any of your belongings. The A/C and TV were fully funtional, there was hot water in the shower and basically everything was PERFECT. The breakfast was basic but really good too.

For the price this hotel is amazing. The location is great. The room was clean. The bathroom may have been a tad small but it was all functional. I’d recommend staying here.

Good location, rooms clean, the major problem I encountered was how loud everything is, let me explain… I could hear people walk by , I could hear people from other rooms talking, one night some people were laughing so hard and talking throughout the night that I COULD NOT sleep that night , so that night was terrible. But still is a decent location, I felt safe, it was clean and cheap so if you are on a budget this is a decent choice.

Cecil Hotel is good value for money, no frills. It is situated at 5 minutes walk from Monastiraki Square and metro station. It is on the busy, bustling Athinas Street, which is fascinating and authentic. The hotel is quiet, spotlessly clean and secure. The area is safe. I have stayed in Cecil Hotel several times.
