Experience luxury at its finest in our spacious 320 sq.m. two-storey villa with a 500 sqm garden, two pools, jacuzzi, BBQ, gym, and stunning nature. Our villa is located on the main avenue between Voula and Vouliagmeni, just a short walk from Kavouri beaches and 500m from Vouliagmeni beach. Discover the Athenian Riviera with Asteras beach just 2km away and Glyfada's center just 6km away. We offer VIP transfers, boats, and more. Come stay with us and indulge in the ultimate Athens experience

 On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a hallway, a three-level dining room, a guest room, a bathroom, and a storage room. The ground floor and kitchen areas have views and access to the garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sitting room/office with a fireplace. All the bedrooms on the upper level have access to large balconies with stunning views. The garden has a two-level gazebo for barbecuing and a small house for pets.

#### Lovely and the Real Deal

Fully equipped,..Ssmart TVs, kitchen.. lovely large spaces to entertain yet private spaces upstairs.The Host was very accommodating upon arrival and getting us oriented to neighborhood, groceries.. Excellent beach restaurants nearby and Ubered everywhere.
