Sheets and linen provided. Laundry access during book café opening hours: €5/wash and €3/dryer. Shared, non-adjoining enclosed garden. €50 per night for 2 people excluding weekends and school holidays. "Lire et Flâner" is a "book café" that Jean-Pierre and Pascal offer you to discover their works and those of writers in Suisse Normande, as well as local products. A mini flea market and activities around books, theater, music and local know-how give life and character to this atypical and friendly place conducive to exchanges. Located 13 km from Condé-en-Normandie for the Suisse Normande Rally. Two electric bikes for rent. Wi-Fi, enclosed grounds, television, microwave, towels included, heating included, bed linen included, and housekeeping included. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
