You'll be in the heart of downtown Atlanta, with attractions, dining, and public transit right at your doorstep.​ Thank you for considering our property! My wife and I personally own and manage two condos in Peachtree Towers and have been active hosts on VRBO since 2010—over 15 years of experience. We're proud Premier Hosts, consistently rated 4.8 out of 5.0, with a long list of positive reviews. While we've selected a more comfortable model from IKEA, please note that sofa beds are best suited for occasional use and may not match the comfort of a standard mattress.​ Getting Around: We’re just one block from the Peachtree Center MARTA station, making airport access and local travel super convenient. Atlanta is also well-served by Lyft and Uber. With downtown traffic and limited parking, we recommend enjoying the city on foot or via public transportation.​ Parking Information: Be advised.... Parking is not included with your reservation. Many of our guests don’t require it, and we’ve kept our rates lower by not bundling in a parking fee you may not need. If you do require parking we can provide suggestions. There are several convenient garages and lots nearby. As a business traveler in town for four days, the location was perfectly close to almost anything I needed.The place was clean, well decorated, and came with everything I needed for a perfect stay. We arrived very late and they checked in on us while we were on the road. Its a very cute 1 bedroom condo in a classic building. It has character and is placed perfectly around amazing food. Walk or ride a scooter to anywhere you want. The unit was very clean and well thought out. Me and the wife thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The views are engulfing. It was within walking distance of everything. No need to have a car, as you can take the MERTA from the airport and simply walk around. The only issue we had with the location, was the amount of folks hanging out outside the front entrance. There is a small shaded area directly outside the front entrance that seems to attract a group of characters that just hang out there all day. It was a little unnerving each time we had to walk past them, but for the most part we got over it. They were looking for handouts, but weren't too much of a bother if you just kept walking. The folks at the concierge inside were super nice and friendly. The owner of the unit was always quick to respond and even let us check in a little early on our arrival date (thanks again for that). The condo complex is a little dated (I believe it was built in the 60's). If you are looking for fancy and new, this may not be the building for you. In saying that, the unit had some remodeling done at some point in time because it was newer than the 60's inside. The unit itself could use a little TLC, but nothing that really hampered our stay. Examples: Some of the slates in the blinds were broken/missing, the door handle on the freezer of the fridge comes off if you pull on it the wrong way, the water pressure in the building is weak in the shower, etc. Again, nothing major.
