Apartamento de una habitación con mucha luz natural, techos de 10 pies, entrada privada, terraza acristalada, sala de estar, cocina pequeña, baño grande, vestidor y lavadora / secadora. La terraza acristalada da al jardín delantero con vistas al horizonte del centro. La cocina está abierta a la sala de estar que tiene puertas francesas a la terraza acristalada. El dormitorio es grande con cama queen size y lavandería en vestidor. Hay estacionamiento cerrado disponible y mucho estacionamiento en la calle. Este apartamento se encuentra en el primer piso de una casa de 100 años en el vecindario más diverso de Atlanta - Historic Old Fourth Ward. Hay mucho estacionamiento gratuito en la calle si se estaciona a 20 pies de los cruces peatonales y a 15 pies de las bocas de incendios. The Queen bed is very comfortable and it was nice to have a sitting area and galley kitchen. The bed linens were very comfortable (I’m picky) and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had coffee pods for our use and there was a Brita water jug in the refrigerator. It was great to have reserved parking behind the house. The hosts thought of everything. We were super comfortable and felt right at home. There are several restaurants within walking distance (Amano’s Italian and Umai Sushi) that we enjoyed each evening of our stay. They helped me get in and even offered to help with my things. I somehow locked myself out, they talked me through the solution even though it was after 11\. I got ready to leave, they closed the gate so I didn’t have to walk around. Accommodating is an understatement. The space was perfect, exactly as advertised, but better in person. It was nice having a designated parking spot. Caught a quick Lyft to and from my location and never had to worry about traffic. For those who complained about the location, you prob just need to get out a lil more, there’s nothing wrong with this area. I’m already looking for an excuse to return! ##### Mrs. Russell ?. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating-they even helped us carry in our luggage! Beautiful old home with high ceilings and wooden floors.
