Worn out but Clean

Clean and comfortable with working wifi and tv. Close to neighborhood stores. It's worn out and could really benefit from a paint job, but otherwise good for the money.

Staff members display extraordinary dedication, professionalism and communication. The problem is the live in tenants. We all can fall on awful terms of change of social status jobs, housing ect I happen to visit the property on two different occasions, once upstairs " fighting occurred " Staff did move me lower level upon my request. Lower level no fighting just the foot traffic it's like 285/75/85 interchange " claiming" after 12 midnight Weed smoking ALL you smell! Tenants throw trash all over breezeway and parking lot. Zero charter! Don't bother coming here ! I just moved to another hotel close by worth my sanity You deserve more also. Lastly, staff you did well it's the owners whom allow this to occur repeatedly.

Black mold throuhout room. Please be careful.

Thee area was not bad. The property was well maintained, and the hotel itself was fairly safe. For a Friday night, I didn't see or hear any group gatherings or parties going on at the hotel. The room (bed, floor, sink, toilet, and tub) were all very BUT when we looked up is when we saw a very big problem. The cieling has a lot of spot where black mold had formed and there was black mold along the entire area where the walls met the cieling. Then we found black mold on the adjoining door doorframe. We also found it in the bathroom and inside the shower facit. It was late and we only were staying one night so we decided to stay as the be and bathroom was clean. No concern there. If you have a n option though, please do not stay at this hotel. The corporate office needs to look into this hotel as it is a very hazardous condition.

Was checked in by Dom. Has was helpful in making sure I got the best rates. He was also very informative and knowledgeable about the area and even suggested eating places and suggested taking a trip to Stone Mountain Park.... Dom made me feel welcomed when I walked through the door!!

The property is filthy. All the other hotels around were booked up and I just needed a quick place to stay. It was 10pm. Never again. The sit conditioner hasn't been dusted or cleaned in years. The remote was missing the back. The bathroom was ok, but definitely needs an upgrade. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean, surprisingly, but there were old stains on the pillows. The front desk guy was average. He could have smiled considering he knew I was about to go into a low quality room.

Beds were clean and comfortable and bath/sink area but other areas were not. Mirrors not cleaned, fixtures and door old and in need of replacement. Staff was very cold. No "good morning". At checkout they come to your room before 11 and tell you "time to get out". I will never stay there again and would not recommend it at all!

Hoping for a turn around!

Front desk lady was friendly. Free-breakfast was included, eventhough the filters indicated no free-breakfast. Location is great if you are visiting Stone Mountain, hotel has plenty parking spots. The maintenance of the place really needs intense attention. The hallway floor and stairs were super dirty. Room 221 has stained walls in both the bedroom & bathroom. The bedroom coffee maker was not functional.
