"Overall a bad experience. Better than some airport hotels, worse than any other Westin. The sheets had rips, holes, and stains on them. Asking for extra towels required two (unsuccessful) phone calls, two hours, and my just wandering down the hall to ask their cleaning staff for them when it didn't ..."

"Great location if doing the aquarium or coke land. It’s a convention center so it sees a lot of traffic. Not close to shopping or restaurants, so you have to eat there. They have a nice commissary so you don’t have to try and find a store in a somewhat cede area."
