High season: Sat to Sat bookings.
This First Floor, near elevator, 2 bedroom with 2 bath condo with full kitchen has everything you need. Ocean is steps away; the outdoor pool with water slide and hot tub are also steps away and ready to make your beach memories. Perfect view of the pool so you can enjoy the deck while watching the kids at the pool and sliding on the slide.
Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has twin/full bunk combo and an additional twin bed. Stackable washer and dryer (in the kitchen) as well.
A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grills, sandy beaches, outdoor activities for all ages ... You won't need to leave!
** There are chairs and beach toys in condo. No pack n play.
** Tips: Bring beach towels.
** Cleaning Fee (Vrbo is now calling it a Host Fee) includes Cleaning and Linens (bath towels and bed linens, 100% goes to our cleaning company).
** Admin Fee, $15, is the APATB Office Arrival Packet Fee that they charge us for your arrival. If you do not return this packet, a $50 charge will be assessed to your account.

Home away from Home

Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. Amenities were plentiful, location to beach and both pools were awesome!! Communication with owner was always quick, and friendly. We would definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

This was the perfect place for my family of 5. Great pool with slide, beach was so close and easily accessible. Place was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. Communication with goat was excellent!

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was even nicer than the beautiful photos! The whole place was spotless and clean, the beds were comfortable, the living area was plenty spacious. We were thrilled to have found such a cozy, comfortable place to stay while vacationing at the beach. The property is close to the stairs from the parking lot, and check in was a breeze.

We had a girls weekend for a friends birthday. The easy access to the beach made morning walks on the beach possible. We enjoyed the pool with slide. The condo was clean and well equipped.

Wonderful condo at APATB III

My family really enjoyed staying in this condo at Atlantic Beach! We love this complex and this condo is close to the pool and beach, while also being on the first floor. We had everything we needed and our boys enjoyed the indoor pool!

Great Rental!

This was one of my favorite rentals at APATB. With bringing two young children, we really liked being so close to the pools and boardwalk. The condo has a great porch view over the pool, but close enough to hear the waves all day. We really appreciate how clean, comfortable, and well stocked the rental was. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic place!

This was our 10th year at APATB but our second in this unit. We used to bounce around but this is the only place i want to stay now. Clean, comfortable, convenient, well-stocked, constant upgrades. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot at the beach

We loved our stay here! The condo is well suited for families. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, mini golf, games in the condo on a rainy day, and the easy access to the beach. It's so nice that the older kids can have some independence getting around the property safely. We also enjoyed a trip to the aquarium during our stay. We can't wait to go back!

This condo is immaculate! It’s beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The beach is basically right there, and there’s access to some fantastic amenities. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Wonderful place to stay at Atlantic Beach!!

My niece and grandniece and I had an amazing mini vacation at this Place at the Beach condo!! My 7 year old niece loved the outdoor pool with the slide and so did I! The view was enjoyed by all on the balcony overlooking the pool. It was a short walk to the beach with a beach wagon that was provided for use. The place had everything that we needed to make our stay exceptional. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

Another great stay!

Our 2nd time staying at this condo and there will be a 3rd! Love all the amenities at the resort…we enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub as well as the putt putt. Rained all weekend but the aquarium was a fun adventure for the day. Had one of the best cinnamon buns from the Atlantic Beach Coffee shop! Honestly, this condo is so convenient to access everything…beach, pools, playground, fort Macon, restaurants and Morehead City. The condo itself is very cozy and perfect for our family of four!

Lovely Clean Place

This was our first time staying in this places the unit was so clean and obviously very well loved and taken care of. We were in for our nephews party, so we didn’t get to use the condo that much. However when we weee there it was so nice. All was stocked for a family to have a great time. We will definitely try to get this location again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

Location is perfect!!! Steps from the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fire pit, and playground. The condo itself is lovely and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each evening and listen to the water flowing from the slide. Visited Fort Macon and caught a cannon firing!! My husband was happy he could pick up the running path at the entrance to Fort Macon. Had a good dining experience at Amos Misquitos. We definitely will be back!

Great location and amenities!

The unit location was excellent! Fast easy walk to beach and pool. The unit was very well stocked, we did not need anything! Anything you needed from beach chairs and boogie boards to towels and kitchen items, everything you need was provided! Just bring your beach towels and personal items and you are all set for a great stay at a great place. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities; playground, basketball, bowling and putt-putt were big hits when we weren't at the beach, the pool or out to eat. Oh! And you cannot forget the AWESOME water slide!!! It doesn't look big but man is it fun and fast! You won't regret staying here :)

Perfect spot for families with kids

We have come to this property for three years now with our kids, and it just keeps getting better. They are constantly improving the property, and it's perfect for a weeks vacation. This particular unit's host was perfection. From communication with quesions about check in, amenities in the unit, and early check out requirements- she was incredible. The only thing we needed when we got there was to get to the grocery store (Food Lion) stright down the street a little way. She had EVERYTHING a family on vaction would need. It was clean (master bath tub needs updates, but it was clean and functioning well) and when something wasn't right with the condenser in the AC in the unit, I messaged her, and she had someone out to fix it with in an hour or so. Book your trip for your family's vacation with her and you won' t regret it!
