The room shower smell pretty bad and the balcony have a smell like someone pee there. I made a reservation for a room with sea view and shared pool that seems to be shared through a patio door in the picture but the one we got was totally different and not even close. What they show in the pictures when you select a room is not what you get! I made a complain to the front office and they were asking me for 4800 MXN to switch me to another room when the problem was in their side. The customer service concept of this place is under the ground. No interest at all to solve issues for their customers or make them happy. They will technically charge extra for even their own mistakes. Really disappointing. Not recommended at all.
