"This was a great experience. Thanks to the staff at the Club Lounge but in particular to Manui (not remembering his name completely) who suggested a room upgrade for my family (2 children). The room was great and we really enjoyed all 4 nights!!! The hotel is in great condition and having access to the Club Lounge for breakfast with my children. We only missed the opportunity to try several restaurants that for some reason were closed during our stay. "

"This is a near perfect stay for couples. The facility is clean, roomy, and services provided from reception to restaurant are excellent. The location is not hard to find, but kind of in the middle of nowhere. There is very few taxi spotted if any so you need to have a rental car to get in and out."

We really loved the location - many restaurants within walking distance, including one with live Okinawa music - and a nearly deserted jewel of a beach just five minutes' walk away. The rest of Onna, and all of the opportunities to travel up and down the island - felt very accessible. Ms. Tsai was a very welcoming and accommodating host. We appreciated the kitchen, the space to spread out on the couch in the living room, and comfortable beds for all. "
