Welcoming Townhome 0.5 Miles to Downtown Auburn

Spacious, relaxed, welcoming two-story, end unit townhome within walking distance of Toomer's Corner, local restaurants, Jordan-Hare Stadium, and Auburn Arena!

Watch your favorite games on the large screen TV in the cozy living room on the first floor. Powder room nearby for easy access. Cooking is easy in the huge eat in kitchen with seating for six and space for more! A first floor patio offers guests a charcoal grill, table and chairs, and string lights for evening ambiance.

The two large bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed, en suite bathroom, and black out curtains. One bedroom offers a desk for a convenient work space.
This unit offers an air mattress and all bedding required for it. This unit can sleep two adults of children in one bedroom, two adults or children in a second bedroom, and two adults or children on an air mattress. This unit can sleep six people but please be aware it is a two bedroom unit. There is plenty of space to setup the air mattress in multiple areas of the home!

Deerfield Condos offers a beautiful pool area as well as full sized basketball court.

Clean and comfortably furnished. The tricky front door lock mentioned in other reviews was fully explained in the check in message and caused no problems for me. I would stay here again. Although… I found the listing slightly misleading where it states that it sleeps 6. There are 2 queen beds and an air mattress. Technically 6 people could sleep there but I wouldn’t say comfortably. It seems like sleeps 4 is more accurate with the air mattress as an amenity. Before my stay, I messaged the owner to ask if sleeping accommodations for person 5 and 6 was a sleeper sofa. It took a week to get a response that said: I think it’s an air mattress…I’ll confirm and let you know. I never got another reply. For future renters, the living room doesn’t have a sleeper sofa. There is an air mattress in the upstairs linen closet.

My son and I had an extended stay at this property in Auburn. The location and property were great and Amanda was a great host. She responded quickly to help resolve a minor issue with the Internet service and was very helpful and accommodating when we had a scheduling change. Would highly recommend this property.
