I liked the fact hotel was getting remodel. I dislike air widondow it was making alot of noice everytime it turned on not sure if it is normal.

The staff is friendly but the hotel does not match the pictures or ammenities. I also found large palmetto bugs and when I told the staff, they shrugged and said yeah they keep coming inside. I booked the King suite and expected, as the pictures and description state, a large garden jaxuzzi tub in the room. They did not have one. I was also expecting an indoor pool. They do not have that either. We could not get towels changed out because we were told due to covid, we couldnt swap the wet towels we had already used. Overall, it wasnt what was expected and I would not book here again.
