Excellent hotel, deserve to experience again.

Excellent hotel with almost all necessities for your needs. So far, it provides the best free continental breakfast I have eaten in NZ. .

poor kitchen design

when we buy a lot of stuffs and seafood to cook our dinner . but the kitchen is poor and the cooking smoke always make the fire alarm so noising. it is so trouble as the receiption ring our room push us stop cooking . but we rent the apartment with kitchen of course we wanna cooking. that make us crazy and we got 4 phone they ringed us.... so poor kitchen design for this apartment. too bad.....

no rangehood, uncomfortable matresses

I had got stress when I had read a notice to guess that one of a rule,may cause fee nz$1500 + GST if the fire alarm system actives by cooking. But I had not found rangehood likes something at the room.

地点和酒店设施很棒

酒店位置很好，有海景，对面就可看到海港大桥和天空塔，房间内厨房设施齐全，方便自己烹饪做饭。房间宽敞整洁，每个客人提供2G或一周的无线网络，另外可以免费停车。

我订了一厅两房的海景房，与另一家朋友夫妇一起住宿，但只有一个洗浴室，非常不方便。夏季的时候又没有风扇，很闷热。厨具又小又不齐，很难煮食。

看得见海景的房间

房间很大，厨房设施齐全，洗衣机还带烘干呢，自己还做了几顿饭；在露台上直面海湾，美不胜收！ 距离bayswater很近，每天早上都在海边溜达；下次去还准备选择那里！ 对了，还有中文服务哦！

Stannade här fyra nätter pga covid-19 lockdownen innan vi kunde resa hem till Sverige. Fick lägenheten på första våningen i hörnet mot vattnet (tror det var 109?) vilket gav en riktigt fin utsikt trots att det var längst ner. Var perfekt för oss som familj med barnvagn att kunna ta lite dagliga promenader i området, bla ner till hamnen där man fick en bra bild av Auckland skyline. Boendet i säg var bra och överensstämde väl med bilderna.

gute Lage zur Stadt, man erreicht mit dem Shuttleboat in nächster Nähe binnen 10 min. das Stadzentrum, so ist man nicht auf das Taxi angewiesen. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr bescheiden und lässt zu wünschen übrig

Disappointing service and rooms not ready!

Check in was 2pm and we arrived at 2.05 planning to have an afternoon nap, then get ready to leave to go to a wedding down the road at 4pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready, and we had to hang around until 3.10 to get into the room. Whereupon we had to race to get ready in time. If we had known, we wouldve stayed at home and gotten ready there. There were AT LEAST two other guests that this happened to as well, so it wasn’t a one-off occurrence. They offered us late checkout which was of no use to us, then Como breakfast, which TBH, was complete crap. Being your own food. The curtains were coming off their track and there was what looked like a bloodstain on the carpet. Not impressive. Disappointing response when I gave feedback. Judging by other feedback, the management of this hotel has declined in recent years. The chain management needs to step in and sort out.

Great Auckland Skyline Views

The place is a little drive away, but if your willing to commute and go through traffic everyday, the harborside and Auckland skyline views are worth it. The place itself is a little worse for wear and would greatly benefit from a little touch up. Cleanliness was meadiocre. Its a shame because this place has the potential to be one of the best stays (good views, ok commute, good staff) in Auckland. However, during the middle of our stay, we asked our room to be cleaned. Good thing we went back early because we found our hotel room door, wide open, with all our stuff, othes and bags hanging around. I mean, i dont think anything was stolen and it looked like we came back to our stuff like how we left it, but it appeared like the cleaner left our hotel door a-jar after cleaning the room. It looked like theh were understaffed and busy that day, but that was very unacceptable.

The room was large and a good price for the area. The kitchen was clean, tidy and kept well. The bathroom was big but a bit run down. I was in a garden apartment and there were ants along the wall in the lounge and into the bedroom.
