Centrally located and convenient to everything Waiheke, Valhalla will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests over two levels.
The Space:
Valhalla is a delightfully spacious, newly refurbished and fully equipped holiday home. Enjoy all day sun on the deck, laze by the pool, or stroll down to the white sands of Palm Beach. Finish the day with a friendly game of croquet or cricket on the lawn and an evening poolside BBQ with the family. You will be spoiled for choice!
Valhalla has been built to take advantage of the views with every room facing the sea.
The main kitchen and living area is open plan with french doors opening the house to the lawns, pool and decks. The chef's kitchen offers every amenity including a commercial stove, walk in pantry and wine fridge. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on the ground level with a further 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the second level. A private upstairs lounge can be configured as a 7th bedroom if required.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed, Bedroom 4 - queen bed, Bedroom 5 - super king bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 6 (annex accessed off the master bedroom) - single over double bunk. The upstairs lounge can be fully closed off and has a double fold out sofabed.
Please note: Rates are based on 10 guests and we can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at Valhalla. A $50 per person, per night fee applies to extra guests up to 12. An exit cleaning fee of $450 and a $30 per person fee, per stay, for linen including beach towels applies to each booking. Minimum stays - 7 nights between Christmas to mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

The Neighborhood:
Waiheke Island is well known for stunning walkways, white sandy beaches, award winning vineyards, restaurants and olive groves. The artisan shops and Saturday farmers market are well worth a visit with plenty of adventure options on the water and in the air. Valhalla is a stunning property to experience this wonderful island in the pacific.
Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Bedroom 7 is a lounge area with a fold out sofa bed that can be closed off and made up as a bedroom. It has doors and curtains.
