Pretty apartment in wonderful location

Slightly quirky spiral staircase made us a bit cautious in the property details but worked fine in practice. It was nicely equipped (we didn’t try the tv) and, key item, the bed was comfortable. We would definitely visit again. The view (reason we chose it) was just stunning day after day.

Toller grosser Balkon

Alles hat gut geklappt. Enge Wendeltreppe zum Schlafraum. Raum sehr gut genutzt. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.

Die Lage ist das schönste an der Wohnung

Erst Mal das positive. Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terasse sind wirklich sehr schön. Das war es aber leider auch schon mit den positiven Dingen. Die Wohnung ist in einem absolut schlechtem Zustand. Die Möbel und die Küche sind absolut runtergewohnt. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe.Die Duschstange ist defekt Schimmel in der Dusche und Überall war Sand Und Haare. Die Bodenfliesen sind Überall defekt und die Küchentüren fallen bald auseinander. Es gibt kein WLAN um wenigstens mal einen Deutschen Sender zu Streamen. Also kurz gesagt muss hier dringend renoviert werden. Wenn nicht so schönes Wetter gewesen wäre hätten wir die Krise bekommen. Es tut mir Leid so eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben zu müssen aber vieleicht muss das hier mal sein. Wir hoffen das hier was geändert wird weil die Lage echt ein Traum ist . La vue magnifique

L’appartement petit mais il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. la vue de Balkon est magnifique! Le parking est confortable. Il n‘y a pas de WiFi.

Appartement avec vue exceptionnelle sur la baie, plage à nos pieds !!! L’appartement est très bien équipé en qualité et quantité. La terrasse est confortable. Seule,la chambre en mezzanine est peu confortable, le toit en mansarde est trop exiguë

Traumhafte Lage und großzügige Ausstattung

Vom geräumigen Balkon schweift der Blick über den Sandstrand und das Treiben auf dem Meer in allen seinen Schattierungen. Es ist nur eine kleine Straße zu überqueren, bevor man sich auf dem gepflegten Sandstrand befindet. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und mit allen möglichen praktischen Utensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt auch genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten für den eigenen Krimskrams. Das Zentrum von Audierne mit attraktiven Geschäften ist mit ca. 1 Km nicht allzuweit entfernt und lässt sich auf reizvollemFussweg erreichen.

Bord de mer

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine , ensoleillée,au calme, dans cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis une grande terrasse. Beaucoup de randonnées à faire tout autour et la plage à portée de main. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Dépaysement

Appartement bien situé, face à la mer et au calme. Déçu sur la propreté, appartement qui s'entait le renfermé et l'humidité. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de four traditionnel, il s'agit d'un micro-ondes combiné.

Tolle Wohnung am Strand!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Strand! Die Gastgeberin hat uns einen sehr freundlichen Empfang bereitet! Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt! Es war sehr sauber. Klein aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet! Für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind durchaus ausreichen! Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren sehr angenehm zu haben! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bien situé face à la mer

Appartement agréable avec grand balcon. Accueil propriétaire excellent et d'une grande gentillesse avec cidre, perrier et gateaux à l'arrivée. Tous les équipements sont à disposition : draps, affaires de toilettes etc. Facile d'aller à pied jusqu'au centre 1,3 kms environ. Seulement 2 bémols : 1 four qui ne fait pas micro-ondes et absence de Wifi avec une réception 4G dans le secteur pas très bonne. En résumé je conseille cette location très bien située à 10 kms de la Pointe du Raz
