Big backyard includes a private pond view and a creek that separates the house from the national golf course and the Augusta country club.

It is directly adjacent to the Augusta National Golf Course and in very close proximity to the Augusta Country Club, Augusta University, Medical School and Dental School, and the Historic Downtown Augusta. Walking distance to Augusta National Gold Course and Augusta Country Club.
