Everything was clean and ready upon check in and there were even complimentary beverages in the fridge up on arrival which was quite the nice touch and greatly appreciated after a long road trip. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to come by with a parking pad out back if needed. My only complaint would be that there isn't an exhaust fan in either of the bathrooms. Smells and humidity flows from the bathrooms. but we quickly learned to open the bathroom windows which really helped.
